The Mental Health Programme (Program Minda Sihat) : 1 | 2 | 3 | 4

The programme focuses on the acquisition of coping skills as well as using the relaxation techniques to manage stress. Supporting activities are carried out all year round with the help of School Counselor teachers, the health education teachers, the Canteen Committee, the School Safety Committee, Skim Lencana Anti Dadah (SLAD), Parents and Teacher Association and the Uniform units.

  4. exhibition
  5. mini sports
  6. Exploring the mental health
  7. Daily Five Minutes Mental Health Programme
  8. Public speaking
  9. Brochure
  10. Competetion
  11. Drawing posters
  12. Displaying relevant banners
  13. Scrap book project.
